Miley Cyrus teases new album and era in 2025, following the success of her previous album, Endless Summer Vacation.
Miley Cyrus has finally revealed she will be releasing a new album at some point in 2025. Following the success of her 2023 release Endless Summer Vacation, she excited her loyal fans by revealing exclusively to Harper’s Bazar that her ninth studio album will be titled Something Beautiful, and that it will be visual first.
In her own words, Miley said:
I want to impact frequencies in your body that make you vibrate at a different level.
This is as she attempts to medicate our society through her music and the healing sound vibrations of each song.
Something Beautiful was inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall, as she has several memories attached to this album. She has reminded her fans that she leads with the heart first and makes decisions based on how she feels in the moment.
She is an ever changing entity who is self-proclaimed “specifically unspecific” and she added that she finds joy within that.
Miley Cyrus is well known to explore the ups and downs of life, as well as creating beauty out of every experience. Growing up in the public eye, from being first known as Hannah Montana, she has lived an incredibly jam-packed life. But she is very aware of the yin and yang of life, saying “the nastiest times…are the shading. You can’t have a painting without highlights and contrast”.
She is a chameleon of her craft and never stays in one place. From her first experimental album in 2015, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, to the rock album of 2020, Plastic Hearts, she’s quite literally done it all. And after leaving many fans disheartened when she stated she wouldn’t tour again, there are now highly anticipated rumours that a world tour could potentially be in the works. After all, she’s just being “specifically unspecific”.
