Jonas Con Highlights: Album Announcements, Performances & More

The Jonas Brothers held the first ever Jonas Con this weekend in New Jersey, we have compiled everything that happened into this article.

This past weekend seems like a whole Jonas Brothers whirlwind! Every social media platform I scrolled on had videos of Nick, Kevin and Joe everywhere. This was because the brothers took over New York and New Jersey to commemorate their 20th anniversary.

Jonas Con was held on Sunday in New Jersey at the American Dream Mall and it promised to be a dream come true for any Jonas Brothers fan. Even though we weren’t there (massive FOMO!), we were living through every fan’s updates and it absolutely did look like a Jonas Brothers fan’s dream.

It looked like fans definitely got more than they bargained for when attending Jonas Con. There was exclusive merch, a Jonas museum, a Camp Rock themed bar, a Jonas themed mini golf and not to mention multiple performances from the trio themselves. There was even a Camp Rock reunion with a few original cast members showing up to support!

The Jonas Brothers took to the stage several times throughout the day as a group, Nick also performed solo and Joe with his other band DNCE. There were also performances from their younger brother Franklin Jonas, their father Kevin Jonas Snr, Big Rob and Big Time Rush.

Nick, Kevin and Joe announced a whole load of other exciting things whilst at Jonas Con. Below is a quick round-up, think of it as a Jonas Con Wrapped:

  • They have announced a US tour named Living The Dream tour, kicking off in August at the Metlife Stadium. Tickets will go on sale later this week and you can find out more info on their website. More dates have been promised and will be announced soon.
  • Their brand new studio album will be coming out on 8th August this year and it will be titled Greetings From Your Hometown. This will be released exactly 19 years to the day since they released their first ever album About Time. Talk about full circle!

  • They have teased a live album since September after recording their shows at The O2 Arena in London. The live album will finally be released on 13th June and we cannot wait to relive those nights back! They were incredible concerts and it’s going to be great to listen to the album as if we are there again.

  • Joe Jonas has released a few solo singles and has been promoting an album, without an official release date, for quite some time. Joe revealed that we can expect Music For People Who Believe In Love to drop on 23rd May.
  • It was confirmed back in January that the Jonas Brothers were filming for a Disney+ Christmas movie set to be released this coming festive season. Nick, Joe and Kevin announced that the film will be called A Very Jonas Christmas and even released a few teaser photos.
  • They are also set to record a new theme song to celebrate Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary. The upbeat song will be called Celebrate Happy.

  • After the success of Jonas Con, the brothers have teased the possibility of doing international versions in Europe, Latin America and Australia. Fingers crossed this happens as it would be great for international fans!

All of the announcements are slightly overwhelming but in a good way! We can’t wait for every single one.

2025 is shaping up to be the best year ever for Jonas Brothers fans.
