It has been revealed that Niall Horan is returning as a Coach on The Voice US.
This week it was announced that Niall Horan was returning to The Voice US as a Coach for season 28. He will appear as a Coach on the show alongside Snoop Dog, Reba and Michael Bublé.
Niall previously coached on the show, in seasons 23 and 24, winning the show both times. He first won the show with Gina Miles, during season 23, and then went on to win again with Huntley, during season 24.
Being a part of The Voice US is, of course, not the first time that Niall has been part of a talent show. He first found fame as part of One Direction on The X Factor, in 2010, with bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik.
Speaking with People in June 2023, Niall said that his past talent show experience helped his performance as a judge:
Having come from a show like that, it felt normal to be doing The Voice to me. If I was just a singer and I hadn’t been on a show like that before, I’m sure I would have been a bit more deer in the headlights, but I knew what I was getting myself into, and I think it was helpful.
The Voice US, season 28, will premiere this autumn.
