• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to FOR THE FANS whose Instagram handle is @forthefansmagazine. The “Prize” refers to one (1) vinyl copy of Natalie Imbruglia’s ‘London – Live’ album.

• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 4th December 2024 and is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

• One (1) winner in the United Kingdom will be selected at random by The Promoter .

• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

• Meta is not in any way affiliated or involved with the competition.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted.

• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking the giveaway post, following @forthefansmagazine and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post.

• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered via Instagram and followed each of the giveaway rules. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled due to these T&Cs.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by @forthefansmagazine after the giveaway closes. Winners must provide FOR THE FANS and Universal Music with their full name and mailing address to receive their prize. If the winner fails to do so within 24 hours of being contacted, winner forfeits their prize and a new winner will be selected.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
